Aleesha Young has established herself as the top female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the 2010s. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family in 1984. Her father had a career in bodybuilding, while her siblings were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before, such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification through winning her first NPC USA Championships 2014. She first began competing in the year 2008. She also took part at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and placed ninth. She held on to an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and in 2016 at 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was consistently improving her performance since then, won her very first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She placed in fourth place. But the "World's toughest mother" was forced to rest because of her health.
