Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is a Mexican-American sportscaster. She works for ESPN as a SportsCenter News Anchor. The first time she worked for ESPN in the year 2016. She is the daughter of the television reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is bi-lingual and has been since when she was nine years old. The ability to speak two languages allowed her to land her first position at Univision, Miami. She was able to work with national producers on programs such as Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. Following this it was announced that she was hired by the CBS station located in St. Petersburg employed her as a reporter for sports. In 2009 she relocated from Texas into Rio Grande Valley where she was a news reporter at KNVO TV 48 Univision. He passed away from kidney cancer in the year 2006. On a trip, Antonietta stayed at the house of her sister Canton Ohio. Her older Collins sister had just landed a new job. Antonietta was just graduating from high school but already knew the things she wanted to accomplish. It turned out that she loved the campus and they were offering the kind of program she was searching for. She completed her schooling and was accepted to the University for a master's degree studying media and communication studies. Mark Bergmann, her professor who was also the manager of the WRMU's 91.1FM station, where she was employed for many years, became an acquaintance. It was he who inspired her faith and confidence, as well as whose enthusiasm for Journalism deeply touched her. As a result, she determined to meet his demands always delivering on time.
